Mechanical Watch
Mechanical watches are usually divided into the following two types: manual winding and automatic winding watches (AUTOMATIC). A mechanical watch with manual winding relies on manually twisting the mainspring for power. The thickness of the movement is thinner than that of a self-winding watch. Relatively speaking, the weight of the watch is lighter. The self-winding watch uses the movement's automatic rotating disc to swing left and right to generate power to drive the mainspring, but the thickness of the manual winding watch is relatively smaller than that of the self-winding watch.
